Been a bit quiet round here – I basically lost interest in writing again, and decided to just sit back and enjoy watching stuff again. I have enjoyed the Summer season quite a lot – plenty of entertaining shows, but not many that really fuelled any kind of need to write extensively about them.
However I do enjoy putting together season previews, so here I am looking at the up-coming Autumn season. Some great sequels and interesting looking new shows coming out in the next few weeks, so maybe that urge to blog may come back? Who knows! I’m not going to force it either way (should really be focusing on finding employment anyway!)
Okay, onto the preview then – long post is fecking long.
A lot late, but what can you do when your arm doesn’t want to co-operate? Anyway this episode was mostly spent further introducing Shibazaki as the main challenger in the police to Sphinx’s intelligence. It was very interesting to watch the cat & mouse game play out, even if there isn’t a whole lot to say about the episode.
So this has turned out to be a rather stacked season for me, but a lot of the shows I’m watching are for pure entertainment value and I don’t have much to actively say about them. However Terror in Resonance (I’m sticking with the English translation of the title – think it is catchier) is definitely grabbing my attention because it is definitely trying to go somewhere with its terrorism fuelled plot. Where that destination actually is I have no idea, but I think I’m going to enjoy the journey!
First Impressions: Summer 2014 – Rokujima no Shinryakusha, Seirei Tsukai no Blade Dance and Nobunaga Concerto
Okay! Last of the first impressions…..pity we’re not really ending on a high note since it is the harem shows and the token Nobunaga show – Rokujima no Shinryakusha, Seirei Tsukai no Blade Dance and Nobunaga Concerto.
