And once again we enter season preview mode. The Winter season turned out to be pretty enjoyable, although I was mostly enamoured of the Autumn 2013 carry-overs. The upcoming Spring season looks to be fairly solid, lots of potential and some great sequels to look forward to. Should be something for everyone……however I’m not really massively hyped for any of the brand new shows. Maybe something will surprise me – that’s always fun.
Anyway on to the rather lengthly preview – it’s taken me the better part of a week to do this, my RSI is flaring up again!
Pretty good week for anime – lots of solid episodes as many shows enter their home stretch. I’ve also been making good progress on my 7th Gundam Wing rewatch – definitely going to have a post on that once I finish…..not for a while yet though as I’m only halfway right now.
Anyway lets talk about my favourite episodes of the week.
Few shows didn’t air this week because of the Winter Olympics, which cut down on the glut of shows I watch weekly. Still it does seem to be the same handful that stand out most for me each week.
Once again there are a few shows that just stand out from the crowd for me, all had wonderful episodes this week, you can certainly tell that a lot of series are starting to build to their finales now……spoilers are a given.
In the absence of single show I feel the need to blog weekly, it seems like a better idea to talk about a few different shows that interested me on a weekly basis – after all I am watching 26 weekly shows! I’d imagine I’ll keep this going even if I do find two shows interesting enough to blog next season.
So the lovely Medieval Otaku tagged me in this other blog award thing doing the rounds – which handily gives me something to write about this week…..even if it is just about me yet again….pretty sure everyone is bored of me talking about myself at this stage, but meh.
So the rules are:
1. Download the award logo and add it to your acceptance post.
2. Nominate a few fellow bloggers and share the award.
3. Since the award is ABC, take each letter of the alphabet and use it to tell something about yourself.
Simple enough I suppose, so here we go!
